Welcome to AirSolar. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

2. Services

AirSolar provides professional air conditioning and solar panel cleaning services. The scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation of the service details.

Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice.

A deposit may be required for large or commercial bookings.

AirSolar reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or safety concerns.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

If AirSolar cancels a booking, clients will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

A re-supply of services or refund for a major failure, and

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Service Warranty and Limitations

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing faults, damage, wear and tear, corrosion, age-related issues, or underlying mechanical or electrical problems with air conditioning units, solar panels, or associated equipment.

7. Post-Service Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AirSolar will not be liable for any air conditioning or system issues that arise more than three (3) months after the service date, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Any issues reported after this 3-month period will be treated as a new service request.

A call-out fee and applicable service charges will apply for inspections, diagnostics, or additional work after this period.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirSolar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

9. Access and Safety

Clients must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to the property, including access to all units being serviced.

AirSolar is not responsible for delays, incomplete services, or additional costs arising from unsafe conditions, restricted access, or undisclosed hazards.

10. Privacy

AirSolar respects your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for providing services, processing payments, and communicating with clients. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
