1. Introduction

2. Services

Aircon & Solar Panel Cleaning provides professional air conditioning and solar panel cleaning services. The scope of services will be detailed in the specific agreement with each client.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the service.
• Payment for services must be made as per the payment terms outlined in the invoice.
• A deposit may be required for certain services or large bookings.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• In the event that Aircon & Solar Panel Cleaning cancels a booking, we will offer to reschedule the service or provide a full refund.

5. Service Warranty

• We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the service being performed. We will arrange a follow-up to address any concerns.
• We do not take responsibility for any pre-existing conditions or damage to your equipment or property.

6. Liability

• Aircon & Solar Panel Cleaning will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
• Our total liability to you in respect of any losses arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
